The Concept

De Tre Stuer was created to satisfy the guests’ demands for fresh, ingredient-based, high-quality healthy food. Our day-to-day business is based on qualified chefs, as many natural, unprocessed ingredients as possible, and all the food being prepared from scratch. We use the best seasonal ingredients, untraditional cuts, varied flavours and new cooking methods. Our goal is to provide our guests with an enjoyable food experience every day.

We find that our guests value a varied, high-quality menu. We really appreciate that! For us, the food we serve is our contribution to a sense of well-being in the workplace, at the same time as it gives us an opportunity to inspire and inform people about healthy eating habits. Meeting and conference catering


Tempting fruit and vegetable platters. Freshly baked bread products with healthy, tasty toppings. A broad selection of dishes for serving on more formal occasions. Our qualified chefs will put together a bespoke menu that is perfect for each meeting.



Our culinary team will compose tempting dishes based on the occasion, wishes, budget and season. We offer everything from finger food and cold tables to serving from platters and plate serving. Visual impact is an important part of a guest’s culinary experience. Together with the customer, we will review table setting suggestions to ensure the desired overall impact is achieved.

De Tre Stuer is a part of the 4Service Group and operates staff restaurants in more than 150 private and public organisations based on a well-thought through, quality-assured operating concept. We are flexible, market-oriented and adapt our concept to the customer’s needs and wishes. We believe that an organisation’s staff restaurant should be a relaxing place for enjoying good food, socialising and breaks from a hectic workday.

The environment and sustainability

We take our environmental impact into account in every part of our operations. If our customers so desire, we deliver organic food and often provide advice on, and suggestions for, their staff restaurants. Together we are on the side of nature, economics and ingredient utilisation.
